Say the word CV and most draw a deep sigh. It is something big, impossible and a difficult project. It does not need to be. Make a good template and keep it updated. You never know when you come across your dream job, and requires a resume.

When we search for candidates, we want a CV which is easy to read and understand with a clear theme. We are not looking for the biggest, best and most beautiful. We are looking for the right person for that particular position. The mission is to quickly get an image of the person behind the letters.

When we look at CVs we want to easily be able to comprehend:

• Brief personal history such as age and family
• Education
• Work
• Language skills
• System knowledge
• Extracurricular activities
• References
