Divya Harish is from India and has been living in Sweden since 2014. She is married to Harish Sreedher and they are both proud parents of two wonderful kids, Krish & Leena.
Divya holds a Masters in Commerce and a Masters in Business Administration (Industrial Relations and Personnel Management) from state universities in India. She is also trained in the basics of SOA(Service-oriented architecture), SDLC(Systems development life cycle) and Programming.
She started her recruitment career in 2005. Over the years she has operated in multiple different roles from Junior Recruiter to Deputy Manager in multi-national corporations such as Samsung R&D, NTT Data…
As an accomplished talent acquisition specialist, Divya has extensive experience and finely honed abilities in talent pooling, talent acquisition and candidate management (from entry-level executives to senior managers to C-suite executives) for product and service based industries.
Having spent most of her personal and professional life in India, her husband’s work brought them to Sweden in 2014.
What started as a 6 months assignment was extended several times for the next 3 to 4 years. Fascinated with the swedish cluture, work-life balance and quality of life for the kids, the couple decided to stay in Sweden for the foreseeable future.
And so it was time for Divya to look for a more permanent swedish job. Her professional network introduced her to PS Partner and something that started off as a casual meeting eventually ended up as a role within PS Tech.
Today, she works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within PS Tech. She is responsible to service clients with PS Tech’s own unique business model ’Reverse Recruitment’.
